The location offered amazing views from our bedroom. The spa facilities were a highlight, and the pool offered great relaxation. I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful, and they ensured a nice experience. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and elegantly presented.

Wonderful Amenities!

I appreciated the setting. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery, it is quite relaxing. I also had one of the best massages. It. Breakfast had good quality and the dinner I had was lovely and fresh. The staff was pleasant.
The wallpaper choice in the room seemed slightly claustrophobic, but that is just my opinion.

i found the pool area grand! it has warm waters and comfortable loungers. the staff seemed friendly, really! breakfast included many luxurious options. i found the rooms to have unique decor, a great touch.
I noticed the parking lot is across from the hotel. Cctv is present. But it is not ideal. but! it is fine.

the location did it's job, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
the spa was a mess, the hydropool was out of service and full of dirty stuff, which they didn't even bother to hide. also, there were hardly any loungers around the pool, and the few they had were all "reserved" with towels even when nobody were actually using them. i emailed the hotel about these issues weeks ago, but i havent even received a response.

the breakfast IS extensive with choices. I noticed substantial fish sandwiches available at lunch. The spa has excellent facilities and I enjoyed a swim there later in the day.

Underwhelming Experience. Room had issues.

The breakfast was good quality.
I booked room 121, but it was not available upon arrival. I then discovered the heating was broken, and the towel rail was not connected to electricity. Sky channels also didn't work. The heating never came on during my two-day stay, and the room was not serviced.
